The Future of Our 60's Maxi Reunion and Committee

Our 2022 reunion was a success with approximately 250 people attending. A follow-up Reunion Committee meeting was held on November 17, 2022, in Chillicothe. During the meeting, a motion was made and seconded to discontinue the Maxi 60's reunions. Of the committee members, eight voted to discontinue; two to continue. The 70's Maxi group will be meeting to discuss their upcoming event(s) and may be interested in including classes of the 60's.

A motion was made to keep the website until January 1, 2025. If a new planning committee has not been formed by that date with members volunteering to contribute their time and energy, the website will be discontinued, and the remaining funds deposited into the Virginia Wall Scholarship Fund (after all bills have been paid). The website hosting account with Green Hills Communications will be cancelled. The website and email account will be terminated with the cancellation of the hosting account.
